We had the corner table on the terrace as it got dark overlooking the river - what a very! Our server Tess was super helpful and efficient. We shared the crab mushroom appetiser (with lemon butter dressing) and then the prawn and grits with sweet potato. All absolutely delicious and likely a highlight of our road trip. Thanks!!
Extremely friendly, very helpful with menu recommendations. Our server was Lisa and she was phenomenal. Hats off to the chef, this was the best meal of my entire 9 day vacation. Magnolia Grill is one of those almost nostalgic feeling riverside seafood cafes. Prices are reflective of a waterfront establishment. Food is excellent quality and decently portioned. Staff is friendly and professional while still feeling welcoming and warm.

We had a marvelous lunch after a long drive from Memphis! The restaurant was riverfront and had fun ambiance on a perfect Spring day! I highly recommend the baked catfish smothered in crawfish etouffe! DO NOT MISS!

Magnolia Grill in Natchez, Mississippi First off, there was no wait time at all, which was a great start. Parking was easy to find, and it was just a short walk to the front of the restaurant. There is also a side parking lot available, along with outdoor seating, which is a nice option, especially with the river view. The restaurant is perfectly situated overlooking the Mississippi River on the Louisiana side, and we arrived right at sunset. The sky was absolutely beautiful and felt very magical. The host was welcoming and seated us immediately. Our waitress was very kind, informative, and attentive. The restaurant felt homey but still very organized and comfortable. Our food and drinks came out quickly, which we really appreciated. I was dining with my mom and sister. I ordered the shrimp and grits, which were highly recommended on Google and also by our waitress, and they did not disappoint. The grits were very flavorful and easy to eat. They were not gritty or hard to chew like I have had in other places. They were well seasoned, and the sauces that came with the dish were so good, honestly out of this world. We also ordered the pan fried red snapper with a baked potato and cheese grits, the Samburger, and my side was the grilled zucchini. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and all three of us agreed. There was a chalkboard special featuring crab and crawfish bisque, and it was excellent. It was very flavorful and set the tone perfectly before our entrees came out. We also ordered the fried green tomatoes with hollandaise sauce, which were cooked very well with a great crust and great seasoning. For drinks, I ordered the Nutty White Russian, which was made perfectly, and my mom had the pomegranate margarita, which was also delicious. There was also a dessert special, the key lime cheesecake, and I completely approve. I make my own cheesecakes, and it is hard to find a really good one, but this cheesecake was excellent. The cheese grits are superb and worse idea was it to drop the bread in a deep fryer for 30 sec?! That person deserves to have their named scribed into walls ! First day in Natchez and dropped in on this eatery thanks to a recommendation from my accommodation host. Set down in historic Silver St., this place really seems popular and I can see why. The food and service are excellent. Very polite and engaging on entering . Good advice given on food. Seems reasonably priced too. Really enjoyed my Chefs salad with grilled Catfish.
Everything about this place was amazing, the food, service, atmosphere. We walked right in and went straight to our table. I got the catfish briars, and my wife got the silver street pasta. Although, I am not a fan of the stuffed potatoes. But Everything else was great.
